Lowell Thomas Cornett
Lowell Thomas Cornett, age 83, of Cornettsville, passed away on Saturday May 25, 2024, at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard.
He is survived by his wife Linda Kay Cornett; 2 sons: Barry Neal Cornett of Arizona and David Alan Cornett of Florida; siblings John Cornett, Olivia Callahan, Marsha Bishop and Mary Kay Roark.
Visitation will be at the Mt. Olivet Baptist Church at Cornettsville this evening, Tuesday, May 28 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
Funeral services for Lowell Thomas Cornett will be at the Mt. Olivet Church at Cornettsville tomorrow, Wednesday May 29 beginning at 11:00am with Kenny and Jared Salmons officiating.
Burial will follow in the Turner Cemetery at Cornettsville.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in care of LOWELL CORNETT to the Sound of Silence Deaf Ministry, Trenton, GA or to the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard.
The Maggard Funeral Home of Hazard is in charge of the arrangements.
