Thelma Brown Ritchie, age 93, of Whitesburg, passed away Monday, December 4, 2023, at the Hazard Nursing Home.
She is survived by 2 sons: Donnie Halcomb of Blackey and Ricky Halcomb of Redfox; 3 daughters: Sheila Walters of Whitesburg, Ann Halcomb of Blackey and Laynett Collier of Premium; 1 sister: Irene Watts of Cumberland; 11 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren along with a host of great great grandchildren.
Funeral services for Thelma Brown Ritchie will be held at 12:00 noon today, Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at the Mt. Olivet Old Regular Baptist Church in Blackey with Elwood Cornett and Danny Dixon officiating.
Burial will follow in the Halcomb Cemetery at Blackey, Kentucky.

Ronald Lee Hancock, age 72 of Winchester, passed away Sunday, December 3, 2023, at the UK Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky.
He is survived by 1 daughter: Andrea Pergram of Winchester; 1 brother: Dennis Hancock of Versailles and 1 grandchild.

She is survived by her children: Debbie Collins, Dennis Church and Carlene Mullins, all of Eolia, Kentucky. Her Grandchildren: Waylon Church, Seth Collins, Lacy Adams, Shiloh Collins, Machaela Lee, Malaya Hampton, and Creed Mullins; 10 Great Grandchildren and one on the way; 3 Sisters: Carol Rayburn, Judy Collier and Becky Frerichs; 5 Brothers: Tom Lewis, Fairley Lewis, Joey Lewis, Lester Lewis and Chester Lewis.
Visitation will be after 6:00pm this evening, Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at the Franks Creeks Church at Eolia.
Funeral services for Ruth Church will be held at 1:00pm tomorrow, Thursday December 7, 2023, at the Franks Creeks Church at Eolia.

She is survived by 4 sisters: Connie Adams, Susie Hart, Loretta Taylor, and Kathy Bentley, as well as two sisters-in-law and a brother-in-law whom she cherished, Judy Taylor, Sheila Taylor, and Alvin Miller.
