Charles Wilson Whitaker, age 95, of Cromona passed away on Thursday, June 6, 2024.
He is survived by his wife: Bobbie Whitaker; 2 sons: William Michael Whitaker and Christopher Lee Whitaker both of Cromona; 3 grandsons: Paul Michael Whitaker of Cromona, James Nicholas Whitaker of Jackhorn and Logan Richardson of Jackhorn; 5 great-grandchildren as well as a special sister-in-law, Anna Sue Browning of Neon.
Funeral services for Charles Wilson Whitaker will be held at 1:00pm this afternoon, Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Chris Fleming officiating.
Entombment will follow at the Green Aces Cemetery at Ermine.
The Letcher Funeral Home of Whitesburg is in charge of the arrangements.
