Mary Rosiland (Boyd) Burke, age 80 of Whitesburg, passed away Sunday, September 8, 2024, at the Whitesburg ARH.
She is survived by 1 son: Stephen Burke of Cynthiana; 1 daughter: Rhonda Maggard of Whitesburg, KY; 3 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; 2 sisters: Barbara Morgan of Whitesburg and Linda Hughes of Isom and 1 brother: Gary Boyd of Whitesburg.
Funeral services for Mary Rosiland (Boyd) Burke will be held at 1:00pm this afternoon, Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Frank Adams officiating.
Burial will follow in the Morgan Cemetery at Ermine.
The Letcher Funeral Home of Whitesburg is in charge of the arrangements.

Lois “Faye” Dixon
Lois “Faye” Dixon, of Cumberland, passed away on Tuesday September 10th, 2024 in Pikeville.
She is survived by 2 sisters: Wanda Sue Bailey and Helen Bailey both of Cumberland; 1 brother: Herbert Bailey of TN; 4 daughters: Judy Lewis of Cumberland, Bobbie Jo Sowards of Cranks, April Sullivan of Harlan and Tammy White of Pikeville; 8 grandchildren, 18 great grand children and on great-great granddaughter on the way.
Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00pm on Thursday, September 12th at the Tri-City Funeral Home at Benham.
Funeral services for Lois “Faye” Dixon will be held at 1:00pm Friday, September 13th at the Tri-City Funeral Home at Benham.
Burial will follow in the Sandhill Cemetery at Cumberland.
