The Center for Rural Development has chosen several local students to participate in their 2024 Entrepreneurial Leadership Institute. Breanna “Bre” Cantrell is a freshman at Letcher Central High School, Jody “Preston” Maggard is a freshman at Perry County Central High School, Jacey Goble is a freshman at Prestonsburg High, Taegan Stewart is a freshman at Floyd Central High School and Megan James is a sophomore at Piarist School. They will all be putting their business and entrepreneurial skills to work this summer to learn what it takes to manage and operate a successful business venture.
