One of the men involved in a February ATV accident that claimed the life of a 16-year-old girl has been charged with murder.
Noah Back of Vicco was arrested Saturday for the February 28 death of Emilynn Clark.
A teen girl was driving the ATV when it went over an embankment, killing Clark.
That girl was cited for DUI.
Sheriff Joe Engle told the Hazard Herald they have evidence Back provided the driver with alcohol and in doing so exhibited “extreme indifference to human life.”
Other charges against Back are possible as investigators look into Back’s relationship to the girls.
