A man accused of murdering a Shelbiana woman in 2020 has pleaded guilty.
Commonwealth’s Attorney Ashton McKenzie says Anthony Hall entered the plea
Tuesday for the murder of Jodi Stapleton who police say was beaten to death.
Mountain Top News reports a jury recommended two life sentences for Hall – one for the
murder and one for kidnapping.
He is scheduled to be sentenced next month.
