New UK football head coach Will Stein made the trip to Lexington yesterday to make his hiring official. He spoke to the team and made an appearance at Rupp Arena for the UK-UNC basketball game.
36-year-old Stein is expected to sign a 5-year deal to coach the Cats.
Coach Stein, AD Mitch Barnhart and others will good an introductory press conference this afternoon at 4:00pm at the Nutter Field House. It’s open to the public.
