The 2024 KHSAA Boys Sweet 16 gets underway today and runs thru Saturday night at Rupp Arena in Lexington.
14th Region champion, Perry Central will face 15th Region champion Magoffin County to open the state tournament this morning in the first game with tip-off at 11:00am.
The other 3 opening round games today will be:
Ashland Blazer will face Lyon County at 1:30pm this afternoon.
At 6:00pm this evening, Adair County will take on Marshall County then at 8:30 Spencer County will take on tournament favorite Great Crossing High School.
There will be 4 more opening round games tomorrow including 13th Region winner, the Harlan County Black Bears will play Warren Central out of region 4 at 11:00am tomorrow morning.
