A Perry County man is facing charges after police allege he showed a gun while shoplifting.
Hazard Police were called to Walmart June 25 on reports of an armed shoplifter.
The Hazard Herald cites police reports with store personnel alleging Nathan Bush took some items out of their packaging and put them in his pockets and tried to leave the store.
Store personnel allege when they asked him to stop he said he had a gun and flashed the handle.
He left the store but was arrested a few days later.
