A Perry County man is facing felony charges after reportedly being found asleep in a car. The Hazard Herald reports police were called about a man passed out in a car in a parking lot and when they arrived they say they saw Gilbert White asleep in the driver’s seat with a syringe and plastic baggie sticking out of his pocket. A search allegedly turned up meth and brass knuckles and the officers claim White threatened them. He is charged with trafficking, carrying a concealed weapon and terroristic threatening.
