A Perry County man has reportedly been charged with attempted murder for a shooting last week on Beech Oak Rd. The Hazard Herald reports a deputy responded February 3 after the victim claimed he’d been hit by pellets from a shotgun fired by Ernie Lee Brock. Kentucky State Police reportedly found Brock at his home. Brock allegedly told KSP there had been an argument and he shot towards the victim in his doorway with some of the pellets hitting the door and spraying the victim including some in his head.
