A Perry County woman is reportedly facing DUI and child endangerment as well as drug charges in connection with a car accident. The Hazard Herald cites police reports indicating on December 30 officers responded to an overturned car in a ditch on Morton Boulevard. Police say Artie Callahan was driving the car along with another adult and child in the car and while at first the other adult claimed he was driving the investigation showed it was Callahan who had been behind the wheel. A search allegedly turned up meth, marijuana, suboxone and paraphernalia. It was allegedly her third DUI offense.
