A Phelps man has reportedly been arrested on 11 outstanding warrants. Lacy Wolford was picked up Sunday by a team of four Kentucky State Troopers after he allegedly tried to run away from them, eluding taser-fire until they found him hiding behind an old car.
Mountain Top News reports Phelps was wanted in connection with the theft of more than $10,000 worth siding and other items from a mobile home and a fugitive warrant out of Virginia for conspiracy and larceny.
He was being held without bail.
