A man wanted for attempted murder, kidnapping and arson in Pike County has been captured in Virginia.
US Marshals assisted the Buchanan County Sheriff’s Office in nabbing Marty Hurley in the parking lot of an auto parts store on Friday.
He is set to be returned to Kentucky.
Hurley is accused of locking three people in a trailer and setting it on fire last spring.
All survived but suffered smoke inhalation. Hurley was indicted by a Pike County grand jury in January but had been on the run ever since.
