An inmate who slipped a Pike County Detention Center work detail last week is back in
custody.
The Pike County Jailer tells the Appalachian News Express that Andrew J. Eastwood is charged with second-degree escape, probation violation, failure to appear, contempt of court and more after allegedly walking away from the crew near the West Virginia state line.
The Jailer says he was captured by officers in Mingo County.
