A Pike County man arrested last month on allegations of uploading explicit images of
minors online will have a hearing in federal court in London on Thursday.
Charles Michael Hopkins is charged with 20 counts of possessing matter portraying a minor over the age of 12 in a sexual performance.
Kentucky State Police arrested him following an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation which began in June after the FBI started getting reports from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
