Child endangerment charges have been filed against a Pike County man following a Sunday crash in Belfry.
Kentucky State Police allege that when Belfry firefighters arrived at the scene on KY 319 in Hardy, they had to give John Mayhew of McCarr two units of Narcan when he was found unresponsive behind the wheel.
They say two children were in the backseat at the time of the crash but were not seriously hurt.
One child reportedly told police Mayhew passed out and crashed into a ditch.
He was arrested for DUI, wanton endangerment and driving on an expired license.
