Dozens of federal firearms charges have been levied at a Pike County man in connection to allegations that he stole them.
Officials say Michael Stuart faces 41counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon with investigators alleging that from January 2024 to November 2025 he stole 41 weapons from a licensed dealer.
The indictment doesn’t specify how Stuart was connected to the dealer.
If convicted he could get 10 years in prison.
