It’s a nearly 20-year prison sentence for a Pike County man who pleaded guilty in the shooting death of his cousin. Last week a judge levied the sentence against 20-year-old Sterlin Justice of Stopover who was indicted by a grand jury in July for first-degree murder in the death of William Working. The Appalachian News Express reports in February he pled down to manslaughter. His full sentence is 19 years for manslaughter and two years for tampering with evidence, but they will run concurrently.
