A Pike County woman is facing several charges for allegedly leaving her two-year-old at
home alone to go out drinking.
Kentucky State Police say troopers arrested Nichole Schultz of Virgie on Sunday after a crash on KY-122 in Little Robinson Creek.
KSP alleges she told first responders she had to get home to her child and allegedly left the scene when her husband came to get her.
KSP says troopers went to her home and following an investigation and a trip to the hospital, she went to the Detention Center.
