A Pike County woman is facing charges after police claim she made dozens of false reports to 911. Toshia Isaac of Lick Branch was reportedly arrested last week after a KSP trooper responded to a 911 call. Mountain Top News reports Isaac called back to say it was a false alarm blaming a child for the call but the arriving trooper says there was no child fitting that description there. Meanwhile the arrest report says troopers have been called to the home on false reports around 30 times since January. Her charges reportedly include falsely reporting an incident and harassing communications.
