Pikeville Man Pleads Guilty in Federal Drug Case

It’s nearly 25 years in prison for a Pikeville man who pleaded guilty to federal drug and gun charges.

Joshua Habern was arrested in 2022 following a raid conducted by Kentucky State Police and Pikeville Police.

Mountain Top News reports he pleaded guilty to trafficking with more than 50 grams of meth and 40 grams of fentanyl plus having guns while doing it.

Prosecutors say the raid turned up three rifles, seven pistols and a shotgun.

Habern was sentenced last week; his attorney has filed a notice of appeal.
