A Pikeville woman is facing several years in prison after pleading guilty to federal drug
charges.
Officials say Jodi Nichols has pleaded guilty to possession with the intent to distribute.
She was indicted by a federal grand jury following an arrest in May during a Kentucky State Police roadblock on Mountain Parkway.
She reportedly confessed to bringing in 200 grams of meth from a supplier in Richmond and was supposed to give it to a dealer.
She will be sentenced in February and could get five to 40 years in prison.
