Pikeville Police have arrested a man they say was involved in two alleged incidents of
sexual abuse near the UPIKE campus.
They are thanking the public for sharing their social media post with the guy’s picture which they say reached over 750,000 people and led to hundreds of tips.
Once they ID’d the guy they got a warrant and took him custody.
They say Terry Rogers is accused of sexually abusing an 18-year-old in the Pikeville City parking garage.
He was being held in the Pike County Detention Center.
