The Floyd County Sheriff says a man who fired gun shots in the parking lot of the Save A Lot in Martin Tuesday was hallucinating at the time.
Sheriff’s Deputies responded around 8pm and arrested Blake Raines of Martin.
Mountain Top News reports Raines said he was defending himself from a group of people coming after him, but witnesses said there was no one else around.
The arrest report indicates the deputies felt he was hallucinating and he was charged with wanton endangerment and public intoxication.
