Officials with Kentucky Power say in all, more than 200,000 people lost power as wind gusts hit
more than 50 miles an hour.

By late last night there were still about 375 out in Letcher County, 360 out in Harlan County, 300 in Pike County, 40 in Floyd County, 1000 in Knott County, nearly 1400 in Perry County and more than 2700 in Leslie County.

Kentucky Power says help is continuing from several states and unaffected parts of Kentucky.
