A man accused of DUI in a crash in Prestonsburg last week reportedly has more than a
dozen DUI-related convictions.
John Daniel Mullins of Salyersville was arrested April 29 following an accident on US 23 near Bull Creek Trade Center.
Mountain Top News reports the arresting officers described Mullins as lethargic and with numerous track marks on his arms.
The officers allege they then learned that Mullins has 18 previous DUI convictions.
For the Prestonsburg incident he is charged with first-degree wanton endangerment, felony DUI, felony driving on a suspended license, and more.
