Prestonsburg Police Chief Ross Shurtleff has been named as the East Region
Representative to the Kentucky Association of Chiefs of Police Executive Board
following a vacancy left by the retirement of the Pikeville Police Chief.
Chief Shurtleff will be responsible for representing the collective needs and efforts of law enforcement agencies from the Eastern region which includes Letcher, Floyd, Breathitt, Harlan, Johnson, Knott, Lawrence, Leslie, Magoffin, Martin, Perry, Wolfe, and Pike Counties.
