A warrant has been issued for a 19-year-old man wanted in connection with a shooting
incident near Bull Creek in Floyd County last week.
On Wednesday Prestonsburg Police announced the arrest of a 17-year-old in connection with a shooting incident in which shots were fired at random cars near the Bull Creek Trade Center on Friday night.
After that arrest, they say they found enough evidence implicating Westin Harris to charge him with Felony Wanton Endangerment and Felony Criminal Mischief.
