Major League Baseball is headed to Bristol Motor Speedway next year.
According to a report by The Athletic, the Atlanta Braves and Cincinnati Reds will play a 2025 regular-season game at The Last Great Colosseum, Bristol Motor Speedway.
It would mark the fourth MLB game since 2021 played at a special site. The league played two games at Iowa where ‘Field of Dreams’ was filmed before a 2023 game at historic Rickwood Field in Birmingham.
Bristol Motor Speedway hosted two college football games in 2016, involving ETSU and Tennessee.
The Vols’ 45-24 win over Virginia Tech drew 156,990 fans, the most in college football history.
ETSU defeated Western Carolina 34-31 at BMS the following Saturday.
An official announcement on the Reds-Braves game at BMS in 2025 is set for Friday.
