Heads up for a Wednesday Letcher County road project: The Kentucky Transportation
Cabinet is closing the KY 7 bridge at Redstar tomorrow to inspect it.
The bridge is scheduled to be closed from 9am to 2pm but may reopen sooner if they get it done faster.
KYTC says it is part of their regular inspection cycle to assess the structural integrity of bridges all across the Commonwealth.
But they point out that there is no official detour posted so they suggest you plan ahead and adjust your driving schedule.
