Southeast Kentucky Technical College (SKCTC) received a $1.63 million ARC grant at the SOAR Summit to launch two new programs: a lineman program and an expanded CDL program.
The lineman program, which will start in 2025, will offer hands-on training for electrical work, while the CDL program, currently at the Knox County campus, will be added to the Harlan location.
