Three men, Dr. Michael McKinney, his son MK McKinney, and Josh Mullins, are set to appear in Floyd County court today, Thursday, for a pretrial conference in the Amber Spradlin murder case.
MK McKinney faces charges of murder and complicity to tampering with physical evidence, while his father and Mullins are each charged with complicity to tampering with physical evidence.
