Three Men in Perry & Breathitt Counties Face Federal Drug Charges

Federal charges have been levied against three men accused of trafficking fentanyl in Perry and Breathitt Counties.

A federal grand jury returned indictments against Earl Hall, Joshua Hall and Jared Lovins who police allege conspired to distribute fentanyl and substances containing fentanyl from February to November.

They are all being held in Laurel County.

If they end up being convicted, they face between five and 40 years in prison.
