A trial date has already been set for a Scuddy woman arrested last Tuesday for allegedly firing shots at deputies and DEA agents who’d arrested her husband at their home.
Ashley Begley was indicted by a federal grand jury Thursday and on Friday a judge set a court date for December 1.
No one was hurt in the incident but Begley is charged with four counts of attempted murder of a federal law enforcement officer as well as firing a gun during a violent crime.
The attempted murder charges carry a potential sentence of up to 20 years in prison.
