The Kentucky Women’s basketball team beat the Florida Gators in Gainsville yesterday 71-55 to improve to 14-1 overall and 3-0 in the SEC.
Georgia Amoore put in 18 points to lead UK. Dazia Lawrence put in 14 and Clara Stark had points along with 8 rebounds.
Next up the UK Women will take on the Auburn Tigers this Sunday at historic Memorial Coliseum.
Tipoff is at 3:00pm.
The Auburn women come in with a 9-6 overall record and 0-2 in the SEC.
