A West Virginia man remains in jail on a $500,000 full cash bond after being charged with DUI and vehicular homicide for a July 26 crash that killed a Pike County woman.
As we reported yesterday, Chad Blackburn of Red Jacket allegedly admitted to vaping pot
but with the arresting officer also alleging they found heroin in his car.
The judge that set the bond said if Blackburn can post it, he will have to remain in home confinement, he cannot have any weapons, and the judge must approve the person posting the bond.
Meanwhile the victim has been identified as Linda Wright of Pikeville.
