Charges have been filed against a Mingo County man accused of assaulting his daughter at the Pike County Central High School 60th District Tournament basketball game last week. Robert Warren of Williamson was arrested after police allegedly saw video of Warren dragging and pushing his daughter into a stairwell and then choking and hitting her. He is charged with first-degree strangulation, fourth-degree assault and second-degree unlawful imprisonment. He has a court hearing on March 14.
