The Cities of Whitesburg and Jenkins are inviting you to apply to be a part of an Action Team to implement some downtown improvements. A team of 5-8 people per city is needed to help make sure these plans get done. The strategizing is being led by One East Kentucky which chose Whitesburg and Jenkins for the focus as well as the firm Retail Strategies which works on community development with cities nationwide.
