Work continues on Hazard’s Black Gold Plaza with officials hoping to have several
businesses open there by May.
The anchor stores there are expected to include TJ Maxx, Hobby Lobby, Dollar Tree and Five Below.
Perry County officials tell WYMT that progress at Black Gold Plaza has inspired other nearby development as well, including a new GoTime Gas Station off the Hazard Bypass, which should be ready in about a year, and new locations for Little Caesar’s and Firehouse Subs.
