Congratulations to Letcher County Central student-athlete and senior Scarlett Stamper.
On Monday, she signed to play softball for the Georgetown College Lady Tigers.
As an ace pitcher at LCC, Scarlett set school records of 810 career strikeouts, 294 strikeouts in a single season, 18 strikeouts in a single game, and she was named this season’s 14th Region Softball Player of the Year along with last year’s 14th region tournament MVP and 3 time 53rd district tournament and season MVP.
