LETCHER COUNTY, Ky. (WXKQ) – The Letcher Fiscal Court has approved a resolution accepting $1.5 million in state grant funding for a water line project serving the proposed Thunder Mountain shooting sports range near Millstone.
Originally planned for Sandlick, the development is now proposed for the mountaintop behind the county garbage transfer station.
