JENKINS, Ky. (WXKQ) – A Jenkins man has been indicted on multiple felony charges following an alleged domestic dispute involving a handgun.
The Letcher County Grand Jury charged 39-year-old Jesse James Thacker with two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, second-degree terroristic threatening, third-degree assault and resisting arrest.
Investigators allege Thacker fired a handgun during an argument, later threatened responding officers and resisted arrest before being taken into custody.
The indictment replaces earlier attempted murder and attempted assault charges filed at the time of his arrest.
