The Kentucky Wildcats lost to Texas A&M 97-87 Friday night in the quarterfinals of the SEC Tournament in Nashville.
Auburn beat Florida Sunday to win the SEC championship.
Yesterday was also selection Sunday for the NCAA Tournament.
The Cats are a #3 seed and will take on #14 seed Oakland in the South Region in Pittsburgh.
Kentucky and Oakland will play Thursday at 7:10pm and we’ll have the game here on the Bulldog with pregame at 5:30pm.
The Coach Cal Radio Show with Tom Leach will air tonight at 6:00pm here on the Bulldog.
Also making the tournament, Morehead State is a 13-seed in the East Region.
The Eagles will battle No. 4 Illinois in Omaha on Thursday at 3:10pm.
The Western KY Hilltoppers are the #15 seed in the South Region and will play #2 seed Maquette in Indianapolis on Friday afternoon at 2:00pm.
