He is survived by his wife, Jacquelyn (Jackie) Caudill; 2 sons: Daniel Caudill of Big Stone Gap, Virginia and Stephen Caudill of Jenkins; 2 daughters: Charity Bader of Simi Valley, California and Lisa Craft of Burlington, KY; 2 granddaughters and one grandson; 4 brothers: Roger Shultz of Nicholasville, Gary Caudill, William Caudill, and Martin Joe Caudill all of Blackey; 3 sisters: Nancy Armstrong of Lancaster, KY, Virginia Hager of Nicholasville and Teresa Wise of Wilmore along with special friend Alan Bates of Blackey.
Funeral services for David “Speedy” Caudill will be held at 1:00pm this afternoon, Thursday, March 21, 2024, at the Letcher Independent Baptist Church with Bill Jones and Alan Bates officiating.
